Discreet chauffeured VIP transportation in New Orleans

For some passengers, the most important thing about the ride is that nobody notices it.

A performer between the airport and a sound check. An athlete arriving for a game. A CEO in town for a sensitive meeting. A family that simply values its privacy. In each case the person booking, often an assistant, a tour manager or a security lead, needs transportation that is planned, quiet and dependable. Here's how that works in New Orleans.

01 Who VIP transportation is for

Talent and performers Concerts at the Superdome and Smoothie King Center, festival appearances, film and TV production.

Athletes and teams Visiting players, coaches and staff for games, the Sugar Bowl and major events.

Executives Board members, investors and leaders in town for meetings that shouldn't be public.

High-profile families Private travel, weddings and celebrations away from cameras.

Private aviation guests Arrivals at MSY and Lakefront FBOs, straight from the aircraft to the car.

Event VIPs Speakers, honorees and guests of corporate events and galas.

02 What discreet means in practice

Discretion isn't a tagline; it's a set of small, deliberate choices:

i.

Unmarked vehicles with privacy glass, and no name signs in public places unless you ask for one.

ii.

The same chauffeur across the visit where possible, so there's one person who knows the plan and the passenger.

iii.

Quiet entrances. Service, garage or side entrances arranged in advance with the hotel or venue.

iv.

Minimal information. Itineraries shared only with the people who need them. Passenger names can be kept off paperwork the chauffeur carries.

v.

A chauffeur who stays out of the story. No conversation unless invited, no photos, nothing posted.

The best VIP ride is the one nobody remembers seeing.

03 How a VIP movement is planned

  1. The brief Who's traveling, the schedule, the sensitivities, and who on your side makes decisions on the day.
  2. The route and the entrances Pickup and drop-off points confirmed with each hotel and venue, including where the car can wait and how the passenger reaches it.
  3. Arrival Commercial flights tracked into MSY; private aircraft met at the FBO, where the operator permits it, planeside. See FBO transfers.
  4. On the day The car staged before it's needed, timings adjusted as the schedule moves, and one point of contact for changes.
  5. The backup plan An alternative exit, a second vehicle for staff or luggage, and a plan for crowds after a show or game.

04 Working with your security team

Many VIPs travel with their own protection. Our role is transportation: we fit into your security team's plan rather than replacing it. Chauffeurs are briefed on the plan, follow the lead's instructions on the day and keep the vehicle ready for a fast, quiet departure.

Our founder, Robert Daspit, holds executive protection training and credentials and plans these movements personally. For more, see executive protection transportation.

05 Choosing vehicles, and what it costs

VIP movements are booked by the hour, so the car stays with the passenger through the day.

Mercedes-Maybach

Up to 2 · the principal

$125 per hour

The quietest arrival. 3-hour minimum.

Cadillac Escalade

Up to 6 · principal and staff

$169 per hour

Room for security and bags. 3-hour minimum.

Sprinter van

Up to 14 · entourage or crew

$195 per hour

Band, team or staff together. 4-hour minimum.

The all-electric Escalade IQ ($175 per hour, up to 3) makes a near-silent arrival, and several vehicles can run as one coordinated movement. Gratuity isn't included. See the rates page.

06 A checklist for whoever is booking

  • The full itinerary, including flights or tail number and FBO.
  • Every hotel and venue, with your contact there.
  • Who travels in which vehicle, and the number of bags.
  • Any privacy requests: no signage, a different name on the booking, specific entrances.
  • Your security lead's name and number, if there is one.
  • One decision-maker on the day for changes.

07 Questions we're asked

Can the booking be made under a different name?

Yes. Tell us when you book, and the chauffeur's paperwork can use an alias or the booker's name instead of the passenger's.

Do you provide armed security?

No. We provide discreet transportation and work alongside your own security team. Our founder holds executive protection training and plans VIP movements personally.

Can you meet a private jet on the ramp?

Where the FBO permits it, yes. Share the tail number and FBO, and we'll coordinate the pickup with the operator.

Can the same chauffeur stay for the whole visit?

Where possible, yes. Ask when you book and we'll plan around it.

How is VIP transportation priced?

By the hour: $125 for a Maybach, $169 for an Escalade and $195 for a Sprinter van, with 3- or 4-hour minimums. Gratuity isn't included.
