Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?

No. Every airport reservation includes live flight tracking, and standard delay adjustments carry no additional charge. Your pickup time simply moves with your flight. Airport bookings also include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time from the time you land.
Can I cancel a reservation?

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-show reservations are non-refundable. Corporate accounts may have their own terms.
When is hourly service cheaper than point-to-point?

Generally once your itinerary reaches three or more stops, or any time you want the vehicle held between destinations rather than re-booked. A Garden District tour, an evening across multiple French Quarter venues, or a full corporate day downtown are all better served — and usually better priced — hourly.
