Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed? +
No. Every airport reservation includes live flight tracking, and standard delay adjustments carry no additional charge. Your pickup time simply moves with your flight. Airport bookings also include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the time you land.
When is hourly service cheaper than point-to-point? +
Generally once your itinerary reaches three or more stops, or any time you want the vehicle held between destinations rather than re-booked. A Garden District tour, an evening across multiple French Quarter venues, or a full corporate day downtown are all better served — and usually better priced — hourly.
Do you offer corporate or account rates? +
Yes. Corporate accounts include negotiated rates, centralized billing, a dedicated account manager, documented executive preferences, and standing gratuity terms. Volume and standing-schedule pricing is available for firms with regular airport or downtown travel.
