How are account trips billed? +
Trips are billed to the account and invoiced together under the terms agreed when the account is set up, instead of each traveler paying by card.
Can I book a single trip without an account? +
Yes. Book and pay by card on the booking page; you see the exact total before paying, from $145 for an MSY transfer.
Can I change or cancel a booking? +
Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup are free. Changes are accommodated whenever a vehicle is available; corporate accounts may have their own terms. See our terms.
