03 Late nights in New Orleans
New Orleans is at its best after dark, and that's also when getting a ride is hardest. A few things worth knowing:
- The French Quarter Parts of Bourbon Street and nearby blocks close to traffic at night, so cars often can't reach the door. Agree a well-lit pickup point a block or two away, or meet your chauffeur at a hotel entrance.
- After concerts and games When the Superdome or Smoothie King Center lets out, thousands of people want a ride at once. Hourly service means your car is already waiting rather than one of many being requested.

07 What to ask any provider
Will I know the chauffeur's name and car before pickup? You should, every time.
Are chauffeurs background-checked? Ask how, and whether the same standard applies to partner drivers in other cities.
Who do I call at 1 a.m.? A real person, at a number that answers around the clock.
Is the price final? Get the total before you book, and ask what can be added afterward.

Will I know who my chauffeur is before pickup?

Is it safe to book a late-night pickup in the French Quarter?

Can the chauffeur wait while I'm at dinner or a meeting?
