About 15 miles west of downtown, usually 20 to 30 minutes by car depending on traffic.
Can you take us to the cruise port?
Yes. MSY to the Julia Street cruise terminal is the same flat rate, timed around your sailing, with help loading luggage.
Going to the Northshore, Baton Rouge, or the Gulf Coast?
Trips beyond 25 miles are billed at the vehicle's hourly rate for the time the car is out, including the return drive (3-hour minimum, 4 for Sprinters). We quote the exact total before you pay.
Can I keep the car by the hour?
Yes. Choose Hourly when you book. The car and chauffeur stay with you between stops, billed from pickup to final drop-off: sedan $125/hr, Escalade $169/hr, Escalade IQ $175/hr with a 3-hour minimum, and Sprinters $195 to $220/hr with a 4-hour minimum.
Do you have child car seats?
Yes, $25 per seat. Add them as an extra when you book.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for Jazz Fest, Essence, Mardi Gras, and Saints weekends when the city fills up. Dispatch answers 24/7 for same-day requests.
