You confirm, we drive
Once you confirm, your chauffeur is assigned and their name and vehicle are sent to you before pickup.

Before you request
Is a reservation request the same as a booking?
Not yet. A request asks us to check availability and price. Your reservation is confirmed when you accept our quote. For MSY transfers and hourly service you can also book and pay online straight away.

What does a trip cost?
MSY transfers within 25 miles of downtown are $145 by sedan, $185 by Escalade or Escalade IQ, and $295 by Sprinter. Hourly service is $125 to $220 an hour by vehicle, with a 3-hour minimum (4 for Sprinters). Events, other cities and multi-day trips are quoted as one firm price.
Which vehicle fits my group?
Sedans seat 2, the Escalade IQ 3, the Escalade 6, the Jet Sprinter 10 and the 14-passenger Sprinter 14. Larger groups travel as several vehicles on one plan. Tell us the number of guests and we will suggest the best fit.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes. Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup are free, and changes are made whenever a vehicle is available. Deposits on quoted events follow our terms.
