Executive Assistant Car Service · For EAs & Travel Managers

You manage the executive. We manage everything on the ground.

You're already holding the calendar, the flights, the hotel, the 6 a.m. change and the 11 p.m. one. Ground transportation should be the one part of the trip you never have to think about twice — in New Orleans or anywhere your executive lands.

Our promise to you
Your executive should never have to call you asking, “Where is my car?”

That call lands on you, not us — and it usually comes at the worst possible moment. Everything on this page exists so it never comes at all.

We know your job

The work nobody sees is the work you do.

When travel goes well, no one notices. When the car is late, everyone knows whose name is on the booking. We've spent fourteen years learning what that feels like from your side of the desk.

01

The late-night change

The meeting moved. The flight moved. The dinner is now across town. You shouldn't have to call a driver, then a dispatcher, then the driver again. Tell us once — we carry it from there.

02

The follow-up you shouldn't make

You shouldn't be refreshing a flight tracker at dinner or texting a stranger to ask if they've left yet. We watch the flight, the chauffeur, and the clock so you can be off the clock.

03

The receipt hunt

Month-end shouldn't mean digging through email for a ride in Zurich three weeks ago. Every trip lands in one place, on one bill, with one receipt each.

How every trip runs

Before, during, and after — handled.

This is the same sequence on every reservation, whether it's a single MSY arrival or a five-city roadshow.

Before pickup

Confirmed, not hoped for.

  • Chauffeur assigned A named, vetted professional — not whoever is closest.
  • Vehicle confirmed The exact class you booked, detailed and ready.
  • Flight monitored Tracked in real time, commercial or private aviation.
  • Passenger preferences stored Pulled from the profile, never re-asked.
  • You receive confirmation Chauffeur name and vehicle details, sent to you before pickup.
During

Quiet on your phone.

  • Chauffeur arrives early Waiting when your executive walks out — not the other way around.
  • Dispatch monitors movement Someone is watching every leg of the trip.
  • Changes handled without you chasing anyone Delays, extra stops, meetings that run long — dispatch adjusts and the chauffeur follows.
After

Closed out, cleanly.

  • Trip completion notification You know your executive arrived without having to ask.
  • Receipt & invoice One for every ride, ready for expenses.
  • Centralized billing Every trip, every city, one account.
  • Trip history Where they went, when, and in what — on record.
Tell us once

Your executive's preferences, remembered.

You've already learned how your executive likes to travel. You shouldn't have to teach it to a new driver every time. We build a passenger profile on the first booking, and every chauffeur in every city works from it.

You also decide how communication flows. Some assistants want the chauffeur's details sent straight to the executive; others want every message routed through them. Either way, we follow it — every time.

Wherever the itinerary goes

One desk. One standard. 21 cities.

Your executive doesn't only travel to New Orleans, and you shouldn't need a different car company in every city. Book New York, London, and Geneva through the same people, with the same preferences, on the same bill.

Home base United States Europe
Discretion

Your executive's itinerary stays private.

Schedules, addresses, and passengers are shared only with the assigned chauffeur. For high-profile travel, protective-standard transport is available, led by a founder trained through LaSorsa & Associates.

A real person

A named account manager, not a call center.

Corporate accounts get one point of contact who knows your executives by name. Robert Daspit, who founded the company in 2011, is directly reachable when something needs a fast decision.

Simple billing

One account. Active within 24 hours.

Flat rates quoted before the ride, consolidated invoicing, and trip history in the client portal. No surge pricing, no surprises on the statement.

Questions assistants ask

Before you book for someone else.

Can I book a car for my executive if I'm not the passenger?

Yes. Most of our corporate reservations are made by executive assistants and travel managers on behalf of someone else. You book, the passenger rides, and confirmations and updates go to whoever you tell us — you, the passenger, or both.

Will you contact my executive directly, or go through me?

Whatever you prefer. Some assistants want the chauffeur's name and number sent straight to the executive; others want every message routed through them. We store that preference on the passenger profile and follow it on every trip.

What happens if the flight is delayed or the schedule changes?

Flights are monitored in real time and the pickup moves with the flight, with no charge for the airline's delay. If a meeting runs long or plans change, tell dispatch once and we handle the rest — you don't have to chase the chauffeur.

Can you handle ground transportation outside New Orleans?

Yes. Beyond New Orleans we coordinate chauffeured service in 20 markets across the U.S. and Europe — booked through the same desk, to the same standard, on the same account.

How does billing work for a corporate account?

Corporate accounts receive consolidated billing, a receipt for every trip, and a trip history you can reference for expense reports. Accounts typically activate within 24 hours of inquiry. More on corporate accounts →

Do you store my executive's preferences?

Yes. Preferred vehicle, greeting style, cabin temperature, refreshments, conversation preference, and who receives updates are stored on the passenger profile so you never repeat them.

How quickly will you respond to a booking request?

New inquiries receive an instant response, and the reservation desk is available 24 hours a day at (877) 527-2888.
