What the rate covers

Airport zones

Airport rates apply to downtown and the French Quarter. Other zones are quoted — call and we will price it before you book.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Before you book

What is included in the rate?
The chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, tolls, standard luggage, and flight tracking. Gratuity, wait time beyond the included grace period, parking, and venue fees are billed separately where they apply. The price you see is per vehicle, not per passenger.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor the flight and move the pickup to the actual landing time. You do not need to call us from the plane. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of wait time from touchdown, which covers immigration and baggage on all but the worst days.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at MSY?
At baggage claim on Level 1, holding a board with your name. If you would rather be met at the curb, add a note at checkout and we will arrange it.
Do the airport rates cover any address in New Orleans?
The published airport rates cover downtown and the French Quarter. Other zones are quoted individually — call before you book and we will give you the flat price for your address.
Is there a minimum for hourly service?
Three hours on the sedan and SUV, four hours on both Sprinters. You choose the number of hours at checkout, and hourly time is billed from pickup to final drop-off.
Can I cancel or change a reservation?
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time. For a change — a different time, an added stop, a new address — call or email us and we will adjust the booking rather than have you rebook it.
Is the payment secure?
Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us, and never touch this website. You are charged the full flat rate when you book, and you receive a receipt by email immediately.
I need more than 14 seats, or several vehicles.
That is a quoted movement rather than a fixed rate. Tell us the group size, the dates, and the venues, and we will build it — conventions, weddings, and corporate arrivals are a large part of what we do.

Something outside these rates?

Group movements, multi-day itineraries, private aviation transfers, and executive protection are all quoted directly. A person answers the phone, around the clock.
