Sedan, SUV or Sprinter: which car service vehicle should you book?
How to match the vehicle to your group, your bags and the occasion, with every option and price side by side.
The right vehicle depends on three things: how many people, how many bags, and what the trip is for.
Book too small and the luggage doesn't fit or someone rides on a lap of coats. Book too big and you pay for empty seats. Here's how to get it right the first time.
01 The quick rule
1 to 2 people, light bags An executive sedan: the Mercedes-Maybach or BMW 760i.
3 to 6 people, or lots of luggage A Cadillac Escalade.
Up to 3, and a quiet arrival matters The all-electric Cadillac Escalade IQ.
7 to 10, and comfort matters most The Jet Sprinter, with its executive layout.

Count bags as well as people. Two travelers with four large suitcases, golf clubs or a stroller belong in an SUV, not a sedan.

03 When to book a sedan
An executive sedan is the classic choice for one or two people: a solo business trip, a couple's evening out, a client pickup at MSY. It's the quietest, most private cabin in the fleet and the easiest car to stop at a tight hotel entrance in the French Quarter.
Choose the Mercedes-Maybach when the arrival itself matters: an anniversary, a proposal, a VIP guest. The BMW 760i is the business traveler's car: quick, composed and comfortable for a day of meetings.
04 When to book an SUV
The Cadillac Escalade is the most versatile vehicle in the fleet. It seats up to six, takes real luggage, and rides high enough to make getting in and out easy for everyone. It's the default for families arriving at MSY, small corporate teams and anyone carrying more than a carry-on.
The Escalade IQ is all-electric and almost silent, with seating for up to three. It suits clients who care about a quiet cabin, or a lower-emission ride, without giving up the SUV's space.
Count the bags, not just the people. That's where most bookings go wrong.
05 When to book a Sprinter
Once a group passes six, a Sprinter keeps everyone together instead of splitting across cars. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats up to 14 with a high, stand-up cabin, ideal for wedding parties, convention shuttles, bachelorette weekends and crews.
The Jet Sprinter trades seats for space: up to 10 in a more lounge-like executive layout, for leadership teams and VIP groups who'll spend real time on board.
For a group of 10, compare one Sprinter at $295 from MSY with two Escalades at $185 each ($370): the van is cheaper and the group arrives together. See group transportation.
06 What about a limousine?
We don't operate stretch limousines, and that's deliberate. A Maybach makes a more elegant arrival for two; an Escalade carries six in more comfort; a Sprinter seats up to 14 with room to stand.
