Because the New Orleans Airport Pass reserves transportation capacity and chauffeur availability, the following refund terms apply to its purchase, cancellation, and use. Provided by Lagniappe Chauffeured Services (LCS Driven).

Full refund (100%)

Lagniappe Chauffeured Services issues a full 100% refund of the New Orleans Airport Pass when both of the following are true:

  • The travel pass is canceled within 14 days of purchase, and
  • No reservation has been booked or redeemed using the pass.

Partial refund (90%)

A 90% refund may be issued if the pass is canceled after 14 days of purchase but before any transportation services have been reserved or utilized. An administrative processing fee may apply.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Any portion of the travel pass has been redeemed or used.
  • Transportation services have been scheduled and completed.
  • The pass has expired.
  • The pass was purchased as part of a promotional, discounted, or limited-time offer marked as non-refundable.

Reservation cancellations

Reservations made using the New Orleans Airport Pass remain subject to the standard Lagniappe Chauffeured Services cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled service: no penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled service may result in the trip credit being deducted from the pass balance.

Transferability

The New Orleans Airport Pass may be transferred to another individual with written approval from Lagniappe Chauffeured Services prior to use.

Expiration

  • Passes expire 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
  • Unused balances remaining after expiration are non-refundable.

Service availability

While Lagniappe Chauffeured Services maintains an extensive affiliate network, transportation service is subject to vehicle availability, operational conditions, and service-area coverage.

Company cancellation

If Lagniappe Chauffeured Services is unable to provide the purchased service and cannot arrange a suitable alternative, a full refund of the unused portion of the pass will be issued.
