How is event transportation priced? +
Each vehicle uses our published rates: hourly from $125 (sedan) to $220 (Jet Sprinter), with a 3-hour minimum (4 for Sprinters), and MSY transfers from $145. Multi-vehicle, multi-day programs are quoted as one firm price before the event, with no surge pricing.
Do you provide conference and convention shuttles? +
Yes. We run shuttle loops between hotels and venues, including the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, with pickup windows timed around your sessions.
How large an event can you handle? +
Each Sprinter carries up to 14. For larger headcounts we plan several vehicles, adding vetted affiliate vehicles when needed, and confirm availability for your dates before you commit. Send your numbers early for peak convention weeks.
How do you work with planners? +
We build the plan from your run-of-show, confirm vehicles, pickup windows and passenger counts in advance, and give you one dispatcher for changes on event days.
Do you offer airport transfers for attendees? +
Yes. Flight-tracked MSY transfers for arriving and departing attendees, included in the event plan or booked individually online.
How far in advance should I book? +
As early as your dates are set, especially for convention weeks and festival weekends. Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup are free; deposits on quoted events are non-refundable, as set out in our terms.
