Private jet ground transportation in New Orleans: for fractional owners, charter and flight departments
Flying into New Orleans with NetJets, Flexjet, a charter or your own aircraft? How the ride from the FBO works, which terminals we serve, and what it costs.

A private flight saves hours. The ride from the FBO shouldn't give any of them back.
Whether you fly with a fractional program such as NetJets or Flexjet, book a charter or travel on your company's own aircraft, the last leg is the same: from the private terminal to your hotel, meeting or home. This guide explains how that leg works in New Orleans.
We're an independent ground transportation company. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by NetJets, Flexjet or any aviation program; their names are used here only to describe who this guide is for.
01 Why the last leg matters
Private aviation is built around time and privacy, and both can be lost on the ground: a car that isn't there when the aircraft arrives early, a driver who doesn't know which FBO you're using, a ride-share that can't reach the terminal. A pre-arranged chauffeur removes all of that.
Tracked by tail number The pickup follows the aircraft, early or late, with no charge for flight delays.
Waiting when you arrive The car is staged before the aircraft lands, in the lounge lot or on the ramp where the FBO permits.

02 The FBOs we serve
- MSY · Louis Armstrong International Signature Aviation and Atlantic Aviation, both in Kenner. About 15 miles from downtown, 20 to 30 minutes by car.
- KNEW · New Orleans Lakefront Airport Signature Aviation and Flightline First. About 6 miles from the French Quarter and CBD, often the quickest way into the city, and convenient from the Northshore.
- Regional airfields Baton Rouge Metropolitan (BTR), Gulfport-Biloxi (GPT) and others by request, billed by the hour.
Full details, addresses and rates are on our FBO and private aviation page.
03 How an FBO pickup works
Before the flight: we confirm the tail number, FBO and estimated arrival, and the chauffeur's details go to you or your crew.
In the air: the flight is tracked, and the pickup moves with any change in arrival time.
On arrival: the car is staged before landing. Where the FBO allows vehicles on the ramp, the chauffeur meets the aircraft planeside; otherwise in the lounge or at the terminal entrance.
Bags and onward: luggage goes into the car and you're on your way, usually within minutes of the door opening.
The best FBO pickup is the one where the car is waiting before the steps come down.
04 What to send when you book
- Tail number and the FBO you're using.
- Estimated arrival time and departure airport.
- Number of passengers and bags, including golf clubs or oversized items.
- The destination, and any stops on the way.
- The lead passenger's mobile number, and the crew or flight department contact.
- Any privacy requests, such as no name sign.
