The situation
The client was paying $275 an hour for chauffeured service for the aircraft's principals. It's a common pattern in private aviation: the assumption that if you own the jet, you pay a private-jet price for the car waiting at the FBO.
What changed
We took over the account at $213 an hour, quoted up front. The standard didn't drop: executive-class vehicles, vetted and named chauffeurs, and arrivals monitored in real time, with the rate set by the vehicle and the hours — not by the aircraft the passenger stepped off.
The result
Over nine months, the client spent $55,812 less
on ground transportation for the same principals — money that stayed with the owner instead of being absorbed as a “private aviation premium.”
