Travel Pass description
The New Orleans Travel Pass is a prepaid digital transportation voucher redeemable for eligible chauffeur transportation services provided by Lagniappe Chauffeured Services (LCS Driven) within approved service areas.
Reservation required
Purchasing a Travel Pass does not automatically schedule transportation. Customers must contact Lagniappe Chauffeured Services to reserve service in advance. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
Eligible services
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the Travel Pass may include professional chauffeur service, approved airport transportation, flight monitoring when applicable, and standard luggage assistance.
Service area
Travel Passes are valid for approved transportation within the Greater New Orleans area. Additional charges may apply for service outside approved zones, extra stops, wait time, parking, tolls, or specialty vehicle requests.
Digital delivery
Travel Passes are delivered electronically and may be stored digitally, including in compatible mobile-wallet applications. The Travel Pass is not a physical product.
Expiration
Travel Passes are valid for twelve (12) months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated. Expired Travel Passes are no longer eligible for redemption.
Transferability
Travel Passes may be transferred before redemption by contacting Lagniappe Chauffeured Services. Once redeemed or used, the Travel Pass becomes non-transferable.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled service may be eligible for a refund or credit according to our Return Policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service and no-show reservations are non-refundable.
Refund policy
Refund requests are governed by our published Return Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Flight delays & schedule changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight and travel details. Lagniappe Chauffeured Services is not responsible for airline delays, airport delays, customs delays, traffic, weather, road closures, or other events outside our control.
Vehicle availability
We make every effort to provide the selected vehicle class. However, Lagniappe Chauffeured Services may provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle when necessary due to safety, maintenance, or operational needs.
Customer conduct
Service may be refused or terminated without refund if a passenger engages in illegal activity, unsafe behavior, harassment, property damage, or conduct that threatens the chauffeur, passengers, or vehicle.
Limitation of liability
Lagniappe Chauffeured Services shall not be liable for missed flights, missed meetings, travel delays, indirect damages, or events beyond our control. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Travel Pass.
Fraud prevention
We reserve the right to cancel suspicious transactions, refuse redemption, request identity verification, or prevent use of Travel Passes suspected of fraud or misuse.
